How does the Robot Leveler?
The system consists of a structure type bridge suspended from the ceiling of the silo through the hoist motor. The robot moves horizontally and vertically in an automated way, by distributing the grain evenly over the filling and recolectándolo to the output during the flush.
FILLING PROCESS (Leveling):
1. Robot positions itself automatically in the drop zone of the grain
2. Drag chain with pallets distributes the grain to the extreme
3. Robot moves in concentric circles from the center outward
4. Leveling continuous throughout the filling prevents formation of cones
5. Result: flat Surface, use of 100% of the volume geometric
EMPTYING PROCESS (Download):
1. Robot is positioned on the discharge point central
2. Drag system moves the grain from the ends toward the center
3. Discharge flow rates from 60 to 400 ton/h, depending on the model
4. Sensors detect empty areas and adjusted route automatically
5. Result: Flush >98% without significant residues, without manual labor
